tions regardless of what conditions you are facing. We also look forward to=

Winter Cautions for our Mee=

As we approach the winter season we know that our city does a great jo=
b in clearing the roads of snow and ice. However, should an unusual amount =
of freezing rain or overwhelming snow falls in a short time it creates more=
challenging conditions for our members to drive to our meetings. As a gene=
ral rule, in such conditions if the radio announcements in the morning repo=
rt that the school b=
uses are cancelled
for the Ottawa schools then the sch=
eduled meeting for that morning is cancelled as well. We will also post on =
our https://pbex.ca homepage for the up-to-d=
ate meeting status.

Blair Latour of BKL Desig=
n Group will talk about the trade shows and how to coordinate your website =
to all materials in print. Blair will be pr=
esenting at the Phoenix Downtown location (see below for details).

gram is in desperate need for help this year.  They have hit a record =
number of requests and now it is already early December! The Barrhaven Food=
Cupboard took a serious hit when the Barrhaven Santa Claus Parade was canc=

The Christmas Hamper Program matches individuals, families=
, groups and organizations together to provide a Christmas hamper with a fa=
mily that needs one, so they too can enjoy a special holiday dinner.

How much does i=
t cost to sponsor a family?
It costs about $100 to sponso=
r a family.
While it would be great if we could each spon=
sor one family, this may not be possible, so let’s work together to help as=
many as we can with smaller amounts.

How can I donate?  Cindy’s special Isagenix team have organized a special raffle with 3 prizes to help out these familie=
1st prize – $5=
00 Value (chocolates, gift cards & wine)
2nd prize – a =
dinner and a movie
3rd prize – a =
spa package day

Tickets are only $5 each or $10=
for 3 tickets and we will put your name on the raffle tickets and send you=
the numbers afterward. You can buy as many tickets as you would like. Phoe=
nix members can send their eTransfers to info@pbex.ca with subject line “Chr=
istmas Hamper” and we will forward those funds to Cindy and her organizers =
to these families to have a better Christmas.
Good =
Luck on the draw!

Thank you so much for your help with this special cause.&nbsp=
; No one deserves to be hungry over Christmas!
