Dear Phoenix Members.

I guess first and foremost, I would like to thank all of you =
collectively for=20
the thoughts, prayers, and gifts during my wife=E2=80=99s recent illness =
while we were=20
on vacation.  Make sure to see Tyler for travel protection when you =
are=20
travelling.  The cost is well worth the peace of mind.

I am proud to have been able to work with Tony to get the idea of the =
Phoenix=20
group off the ground and running.  I did it because, well it is =
hard to say=20
no to someone as energetic and passionate as Tony, but also because most =
of us=20
were associates before and I so enjoyed your camaraderie and support =
that it=20
just seemed the right thing to do. 

I have been mired with a abnormal amount of life issues in the last =
year that=20
has come to a head in the past weeks.  Out of necessity I am going =
to take=20
a bit of a break from the group to get myself on track again.  As I =
was=20
acting as the treasurer, Tony will need your help in having a willing=20
participant to take over the position.  I also would like to =
encourage you=20
to come earlier and help with getting the room ready and helping to tidy =
up at=20
the end.  If everyone helps, it would take an unnecessary burden =
off of=20
Tony.
