Fw: Phoenix Meeting Group

Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone has had a chance to digest the =
information=20
and experience of the Phoenix group. Tony has just emailed me to say =
they will=20
need  a decision made by this Friday whether our group would like =
to=20
merge or if individuals will join.

We were hoping to have a meeting of our own next =
Wednesday=20
to discuss which we still can, he is simply saying that if you do not =
make=20
your intentions known that you are interested in joining then the =
spots will=20
no longer be guaranteed.

I myself would like to join the Phoenix group as =
I believe=20
there would be greater growth potential on a platform that is already =
made out=20
for us at a very affordable cost. I think they genuinely just want =
networking=20
to work and have a good outlook.

I know there are some conflicting opinions about =
having=20
more than one occupation in the group but personally feel that is a =
comfort=20
zone we can choose to step out of. If we have contact with  =
several more=20
members that should lead to many more referrals as a hole.  It =
does state=20
right on the website that multiple people can fill one category if the =
fit is=20
right. Let=92s make no bones about it, there could be 2 persons in =
several=20
categories. I do not have an issue if another home inspector joins, I =
hope=20
what sells me to people is me and that the two people could feed off =
each=20
other and gain insight form there businesses.

I am hesitant to loose what we have with Kanata=20
Connections, but I do feel we need to grow and to do so we need allot =
of=20
process and tools created. As much as we want it to be kept casual and =
easy,=20
not sure we can sustain that long term. Someone or a couple members =
would=20
really have to take the rains and put time into Kanata Connections =
which I do=20
not have. I really at best only have time to be a member with small=20
roll.

Thank you for coming out today Lee.  It was a good meeting and =
a lot=20
was addressed and brought in the open.  As you have verbally told =
me that=20
you are wanting to join we will hold your category open until you are=20
ready.

With the rest of your group we have done all we can and most have =
come at=20
least once, many twice to see if Phoenix is the right fit for =
them.  We=20
have even changed the start time to suit them.  We do need to =
know what=20
your group or individuals will decide to do by Friday.  =

With the exception of Home Inspection all other categories will be =
open to=20
anyone after that.  As we have costs that need to get paid we =
need to=20
move forward.  I hope this will not be felt as disrespectful but =
we can’t=20
wait any longer.
